hands of the compassionate and intelligent citizens of Colorado.

- Returning educational rights and responsibilities to parents
- Returning control of transportation in Colorado to the
free market and removing control from RTD and the PUC
- Making development pay its way upfront instead of burdening taxpayers
- Reducing Colorado government enough to be able to axe the income tax
