Philosophy
"With Liberty and Justice for all"
Our rights as American citizens have been steadily eroded, as a result
of a largely Democratic/Republican government. As a Libertarian,
I stand for departure from the status quo and for drastic social, political,
and legal change that will return this nation to a state where freedom and
liberty are realities instead of textbook dreams.
Any law that criminalizes or penalizes any person, who is not otherwise
engaged in self-evident acts of crime (such as theft, robbery, assault,
murder, mayhem, etc.) shall either not be enacted or shall be repealed.
Goals
- Strengthen parental rights and re-establish parental controls, care
and custody of children. Rein in a runaway Dept. of Human Services.
Require legal and financial accountability to injured parents/family/children
as a result of DHS abuse. Eliminate mandatory payment for court-ordered
or DHS-ordered "services" (e.g. foster care, drug testing, therapy, counseling,
etc.).
- End the war on drugs. Eliminate no-knock raids. Eliminate property
seizure and confiscation.
- Eliminate state income tax.
- Eliminate gun control.
- Repeal mandatory insurance laws.
