Candidate in 2000 for
Colorado State House of Representatives - District 13
Political Philosophy
"Less bureaucracy means less taxes and more personal
freedom"
I follow the views of our first Libertarian president, Thomas Jefferson,
who is reputed to have said "That government is best which governs least".
I believe in true conservation, not the modern version, which would
retain all that is truly needed to perform essential governmental functions,
and eliminate government by Big Nanny.
I support private enterprise and oppose all New Deal-type Big
Government controls over private, personal freedoms.
I adopt the Libertarian platform as mine.
Goals
Reduce bureaucracy thereby saving taxes and curtailing the intrusion
of government into private lives
Sunset Test for every bureau and require each to periodically
justify their existence
Privatization whenever possible
